SummaryProvides exceptional customer service to internal and external catering guests and is responsible for overseeing set‑up, service, and clean‑up of all catered events. Provides direction and supervision to banquet servers and bartenders.
Responsibilities- Deliver first‑class customer service to all guests at catered events, ensuring all special requests and needs are communicated to management.
- Supervise banquet staff and efficiently delegate responsibilities to ensure the success of all events.
- Execute all catered events with a strong emphasis on details and the overall guest experience.
- Set‑up catered events with care to all details and department standards.
- Service all guests accurately in buffet, station, and plated meal environments.
- Meet and supervise all service standards, including tray carrying, wine service, table service, and buffet service.
- Ensure thorough break‑down and clean‑up of all catering equipment and supplies after events, including proper care and storage of all equipment, supplies, food, and beverage.
- Complete tasks in various environments as assigned by management, including indoor and outdoor catering through the property.
- Participate in special projects and assignments as directed by business needs.
- Supervise part‑time staff during catering events.
- Effective written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a high‑paced environment.
- Problem‑solving skills to resolve deficiencies within department guidelines.
- Leadership skills to work effectively in a diverse team.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift at least 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Flexible schedule; nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
- Commitment to all home football games and other full stadium events.

- Dynamic, complex, fast‑paced environment requiring continuous learning and understanding of others.
- Ability to manage a large, diverse workforce and build strong teams.
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Noisy on event days.
