The Suite Busser works in cooperation with the Suite Attendant to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external Suite guests. Suite Bussers are responsible for set-up, delivery of all Suites food and beverage, assisting the Suite Attendant in serving guests and bussing tables and counters in Suites, removing all used food service dishes from the Suite.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Works with the Suite Attendant to deliver first class customer service to all guests in the Luxury Suites Ensure all Suite special requests and needs are met and communicated to management
Ability to set-up Suite events with attention to service details and departmental standards.
Ability to meet Suite service standards including, but not limited to, bussing, food handling and food safety, Suite deliveries
Thoroughly break-down and clean-up all equipment and supplies following Suite events, ensuring proper care and storage of all equipment, supplies, food and beverage.
Responsible for timely delivery of items to Suite Guests that include; food, beverage, dessert cart, small wares and Stadium giveaways
Work closely with Pantry expeditor to adhere to quality controls, customer service standards and Suite Attendant support
Complete all other duties as required by business or as instructed by management
Special projects and assignments as business dictates SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of experience in high volume catering or full-service dining preferred
Knowledge of food service and table standards preferred
Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
Organized and attentive to detail
Ability to effectively communicate in English, written and verbal
Ability to work as a team member in a diverse environment
18 years of age or older
Flexible schedule; nights, weekends and holidays may be required
Ability to fully commit to all home football games and other full stadium events PHYSICAL DEMANDSAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to repeatedly move a minimum of 50 pounds
