Information Technology Intern

The Kraft Group is seeking an Information Technology Intern in the area of Helpdesk Support, System Administration, Security, NOC Administration and Network Engineering. The successful candidate will be working towards an advanced degree in a relevant IT discipline.

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities

• Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major
• Familiar with Java, .NET, JavaScript or HTML/DHTML and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work nights and weekends as business dictates

• Sitting for extended periods of time
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computing equipment
• The employee frequently is required to talk or hear
• The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
• Fast paced office environment
