Description:
Stocking of fixed and portable concession locations and vending commissaries to the proper par levels set forth by the Warehouse Supervisor or Purchasing and Warehouse Manager.

• Pre-event setup and post-event breakdown of special event locations and concessions portables
• Responsible for cleaning all concessions equipment and performing preventative maintenance as necessary
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and product safeguarding practices are being followed at all times
• Stocking of concession locations pre, during, and post events as needed
• Securing all product at conclusion of events
• Removal of waste from locations
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities

• Previous warehouse or product stocking experience preferred
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Effective communication skills, oral and written
• Ability to work independently or with a team to complete tasks

• Ability to move up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, Holidays and full stadium events

• Due to the nature of the position, incumbents must be able to work in inclement weather
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud on event days

• Forklift license preferred
