Compensation: $10, per month, depending on experience

Position SummaryThe Senior Manager, Security Procurement & Contract Management will lead all procurement and contracting activities funded through the FIFA World Cup Grant Program (FWCGP), ensuring compliant, competitive, and cost‑effective acquisition of security equipment, services, and solutions across Boston 26 and ten subrecipients. This position will serve as the primary procurement authority for FWCGP‑funded security acquisitions, reporting to B26 CFO.
Position Requirements- Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in procurement, contract management, public administration, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in federal procurement, contract management, or grant‑funded acquisitions.
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies and competitive bidding processes compliant with 2 CFR 200 procurement standards and FEMA grant requirements
- Managing the full contract lifecycle for security‑related procurements, providing technical assistance to subrecipients on federal procurement requirements, maintaining competitive solicitation processes, and vendor selection
- Reviewing and approving procurement documentation, sole source justifications, and contract modifications
- Conducting cost and price analysis to ensure reasonable and allowable expenditures
