Job title – Electrical & Wiring Assembler

Location – Foxboro, MA 02035

Job type – 12 months contract with possible extension

Role Overview

We are seeking Electrical & Wiring Assemblers to join a leading manufacturing team in Foxboro, MA.

What You'll Do

• Assemble and wire electrical panels and cabinets using hand and power tools.
• Perform crimping and termination of small-gauge wires.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Complete electrical wiring and mechanical assembly on medium to large assemblies.
• Follow work instructions and accurately complete production documentation.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.
• Follow 5S and continuous improvement practices.
• Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to improve processes and product quality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, gauges, and assembly equipment.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Preferred:

• Previous electrical assembly, wiring, manufacturing, or production experience.
• Experience assembling electrical control panels or industrial equipment.
