Schneider Electric is looking for a Specialist, Technical Communications to transform complex technical information into compelling, user-friendly content. You'll play a key role in helping customers understand and adopt our solutions while elevating our brand through strategic messaging.

• Create clear, engaging communication assets including user manuals, product visuals, catalogs, and digital content
• Translate technical features into accessible formats that resonate with diverse audiences
• Partner with product marketing and management teams to ensure content accuracy and brand alignment
• Leverage emerging technologies and channels to enhance communication reach and impact

• Visual Communication — advanced level; designing product visuals and digital assets that simplify complex concepts
• Technical Writing — intermediate level; crafting user manuals and documentation that drive customer adoption
• Content Strategy — intermediate level; planning and organizing content that supports business objectives
• Audience Analysis — intermediate level; tailoring messaging to meet the needs of different customer segments
• Copywriting — intermediate level; writing persuasive, clear copy that articulates value propositions
• Communication — intermediate level; collaborating across teams to deliver consistent, impactful messaging
• Storytelling — intermediate level; creating narratives that connect technical features to customer benefits
• Prompt Engineering — intermediate level; using AI tools to enhance content creation and efficiency

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
