Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Primary Care – Foxboro, MA – onsite.
Sign‑on Bonus: $5,000 for eligible new employees. Eligible only LPNs. Full‑time, 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday. Pay commensurate with experience.

- Under supervision of a Nurse Manager or licensed clinical leader and in collaboration with team members, provide direct and indirect patient care according to scope of practice.
- Interview patients about current problems, medications, allergies, and review medical records.
- Measure and record vital signs (height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration).
- Provide basic patient care: dressing wounds, treating bedsores, enemas/douches, rubbing with alcohol, massaging, catheterizations, routine immunizations, nebulizer treatments, visual acuity test.
- Participate in treatment regimens, including administering medications under physician/registered nurse supervision.
- Answer phones, take messages, triage within licensed practical nursing scope.
- Collect samples (blood, urine, sputum) and perform routine laboratory tests.
- Prepare patients for examinations, tests or treatments; explain procedures.
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, hygiene, moving in bed, standing, walking.
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
- Current LPN licensure in Massachusetts required.
- Basic Life Support preferred.
- Nursing experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Basic knowledge of patient education: interviewing, listening, teaching, engagement techniques.
- Accurate vital sign performance and health information gathering.
- Administer medication via injections, IV, oral routes.
- Perform specific procedures and tests appropriate to the setting.
- Communicate professionally, courteously, clearly, concisely.
