Hendler Family Brewing Company is reopening its newly renovated taproom at Patriot Place
, and we're gearing up for an exciting next chapter. The refreshed space is bigger and better, built to give guests more room to relax, enjoy great beer, and dig into something delicious.

We're launching a full kitchen program alongside the reopening — a menu built around elevated New England classics — and we're looking for the right people to help bring it to life. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape something new, in a space that's growing, and with a team that genuinely cares about doing things well.

HFBC brews will be pouring, the kitchen will be firing, and we need good people to make it all happen.

As a Taproom Host
, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests in our newly upgraded space. You’ll warmly welcome guests, manage reservations and waitlists using Toast Tables, and set the tone for a smooth, enjoyable taproom experience. This role is multitasking at its finest — in addition to hosting, you’ll help support the taproom by running food, bussing tables, and stepping in wherever needed to keep service flowing and energy high.

• Greet guests warmly and create an inviting first impression.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments using Toast Tables.
• Communicate accurate wait times and assist with guest inquiries.
• Guide guests through the taproom experience with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.
• Maintain a professional, upbeat, and guest-focused demeanor at all times.

• Oversee guest flow to ensure efficient seating and optimal table turnover.
  Provide menus, highlight specials, and communicate any service delays or updates.
• Coordinate with servers and bartenders to support seamless service.
• Assist with takeout order handoff and guest check-ins as needed.

• Run food to tables promptly and accurately.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Support servers by refilling waters, delivering condiments, checking on tables, and helping where needed.
• Assist with keeping dish drop areas organized and efficient.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest-facing areas, including entryways, host stand, and dining areas.
• Regularly sanitize high-touch points such as menus, host stand, and door handles.
• Keep menus, supplies, and host materials stocked and organized.
• Support taproom cleanliness by bussing, wiping down tables, and resetting spaces quickly.

• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, runners, and managers to ensure seamless service flow.
• Support taproom operations during high-volume times, events, and festivals.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and guest coordination.
• Participate in team meetings, tastings, and brewery education sessions.
• Perform additional duties or responsibilities as needed to support the taproom and ensure a great guest experience.
