A leading behavioral training organization based in Massachusetts is seeking a New Business Sales Manager to oversee outbound sales and a new team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of B2B sales experience, and will manage the full cycle of an Account Executive team and a Business Development Representative team. This role focuses on establishing strong performance standards and ensuring consistent pipeline coverage.
Competitive compensation package includes a base salary of $100,000-$135,000 plus commission for a total OTE of approximately $160,000-$200,000.
