New England Revolution is seeking a Membership Services Representative to service a large base of full-season members and serve as the main contact on game days. You will drive outbound calls, hit sales and activity targets, and ensure customers get the most from their package.
You will also collaborate with the Senior Manager, Strategy and Retention, to develop member events, capture referrals, and maintain CRM records. Some evenings and weekends will be required.
