Summary

Security Event Staff for Team Ops have the unique opportunity to provide safety, security and service to each and every guest that enters Gillette Stadium. Security Event Staff will work in a variety of areas throughout the stadium and are expected to use their stadium knowledge and familiarity with Gillette Stadium policies to create a culture and atmosphere that creates a safe, positive and memorable experience for each guest.

Duties

and Responsibilities

Ensure fans safety and security by conducting careful entry screening and inspections. This will include the tactful messaging of prohibited items or non‑compliant bags that cannot be allowed into the stadium.

Conduct a secondary inspection as needed to ensure there are no prohibited items entering the stadium.

Conduct pat‑downs as needed to ensure there are no prohibited items entering the stadium.

Operate the Evolv Machine consistently and follow proper protocols to keep prohibited items from entering the stadium.

Assist guests with any special requests including ADA questions or accommodations.

Commit to safety by monitoring crowd activities and reporting any suspicious activity and/or behavior to your area supervisor.

Appropriately identify and elevate security concerns to your supervisor or nearest Law Enforcement Officer as needed.

Complete special projects and assignments as business dictates.

Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by confidentiality or privacy standards or company policies, including HIPAA and other state or federal regulations.

Must be able to adhere to process protocol and apply established protocols in a timely manner.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
Some positions may require repeated climbing of stairs.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud/very loud on event days.
This position may require work in inclement weather to include heat, cold, rain, snow.
