** SUMMARY
* * This position has overall responsibility and accountability for the operations and activities that occur during their respective shift. Employees assigned to the Gillette Stadium Command Center Supervisor position shall perform the following duties and responsibilities as it relates to the position. This position will receive direct supervision from the Site Manager.#
** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** 1. Keep the Site Manager informed of any incidents/issues, employee grievances etc. that occur during the shift
2. Follow the communication chain to inform key individuals for emergency situations
3. Maintain accurate logs of all visitors, contractors and employees that are issued day passes to the venue
4. Keep company information confidential with regards to onsite incidents and video that is captured
5. Make certain that all Security Officers are completing and submitting all necessary documents at the conclusion of their shift
6. Using the CCTV system, maintain surveillance for the facility
7. Complete video review and preservations for Public Safety or internal investigations
8. Monitor life safety systems for the facility
9. Monitor the access control systems in the facility
10. Acknowledge and deploy security officers to alarms around the facility
11. Utilizing inventory software, maintain accurate records of all keys and access cards issued during the course of the shift
12. Accurately complete all necessary reports prior to the end of your shift
13. Ensure that all Security Officers are completing and turning in all necessary documents at the conclusion of their shift
14. Ensure all Security Officers are in the proper attire
15. Acknowledge and deploy security officers to alarms within the facility
16. Dispatch proper services for all issues
17. Special projects and assignments as business dictates
18. Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPPA

** SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
*** Previous experience in the security field preferred
* Effective listening and communication skills, oral and written
* Robust understanding of the security operation and NFL Best Practices
* Attentive to detail and observant
* Ability to remain calm, work under pressure and de-escalate situations
* Effective computer skills
* Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow
* Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness
* Must be able to adhere to process protocol and must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner# #

** WORK ENVIRONMENT
*** The position works directly out of the command center and is staffed 365 days of the year, 24 hours a day.
* Shifts include 12:00 am-8:00 am, 8:00 am-4:00 pm & 4:00 pm-12:00 am.#
