Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years of software/product development experience
- Strong expertise in C# development within Windows environments
- Experience with multi-threading and multi-processor application development
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design (OOD/OOP) and design patterns
- Experience developing software that interfaces with electro-mechanical systems or hardware
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including cross-functional collaboration
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Proven ability to design and build OEM or customer-facing software solutions
- Experience with WPF
- Knowledge of SQL and database design principles
- Experience with OCR or computer vision technologies
- Background in automation, robotics, or scientific instrumentation
