Software Development & AI Co-Op

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $22.50 - $35.50 per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and recognition programs. Individual pay is determined by several factors including knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

• Collaborating with your team on AI‑assisted code conversion to support future systems and AI‑assisted document‑video conversion.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and presenting your ideas.
• Supporting R&D with data analysis, research, or process improvements.
• Attending intern‑exclusive workshops, networking events, and leadership panels.
• Receiving mentorship from experienced professionals and your assigned manager.

The Graduate Software Development Intern reports to a Director, Technical Product Management and collaborates closely with Research and Development. You’ll also connect with interns across NAM through our intern community and events.

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science/AI or other applicable programs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for sustainability, innovation, or technology is a plus.
• Ability to work in the Foxboro, MA office for the duration of the internship.
