Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, friendly customer service to all team members and customers.
- Maintain ice surfaces and general facilities cleaning and maintenance.
- Answer phones and respond to questions about programs, when needed.
- Make decisions quickly and confidently while following company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
- Adhere to company work hours and professional staff behavior policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to work in a cold environment.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Flexible schedule: nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Occasional sitting required; frequently walking, reaching, talking, and hearing.
- Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Full‑time or Part‑time.
