CDL A Local Drivers

Position Overview

Brand new dedicated account.

Local run based in Foxborough, Massachusetts; driver must reside within 40 miles of the city.

Employees work primarily Monday through Friday, starting at a variable first shift time. The standard shift begins with an empty pickup from the customer in Foxborough to the manufacturing facility in Pittsfield, Maine. Drivers may perform drop‑and‑hook services or take live loads to return to Foxborough. Once the primary leg of the route is complete, drivers may be tasked with making no‑touch deliveries to facilities throughout the Northeast (Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Virginia).

All deliveries are scheduled so that the driver can finish the shift at the home base.

Typical weekly hours range from 40 to 45 hours.

Pay rate: $33.00 per hour (straight pay).

Estimated weekly earnings: $1,300 to $1,400.

• Drive an empty or live load between Foxborough, MA and Pittsfield, ME.
• Perform drop‑and‑hook or live‑load deliveries across the Northeast region.
• Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to company safety policies.
• Pass a urine drug test before assignment.

• Minimum one year of commercial driving experience within the last three years.
• No more than four jobs held in the last three years.
• No more than two jobs held in the last year.
• Experience driving for a carrier with at least 75 trucks in its fleet.
• Clean driving record and clean background check.
• No experience required from mom‑and‑pop, small carrier or owner‑operator operations.
• Excel in the ability to adapt to route variations and schedule changes.

Full straight pay; no commissions or bonuses required to meet weekly average earnings.
