CFS has partnered with a growing manufacturing company in seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Framingham, MA.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Framingham, MA
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
Schedule: Hybrid

• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare and execute weekly check runs and electronic payments

• Reconcile vendor statements and manage inquiries

• Maintain AP records and support month‑end close activities

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience

• Experience working with accounting or ERP systems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
