Job Title: Part-time Staff Accountant

Hourly Rate: $26-30/hour

Location: Framingham, MA; hybrid

Work hours: 9 am - 5 pm, 3 days per week

• Play a key role in a major Oracle ERP implementation at a global organization
• Gain hands‑on exposure to both Oracle and Deltek systems during a live migration
• Build highly transferable experience in reconciliations, analysis, and process improvement
• Work closely with leadership, including the Controller and finance management team
• Join a small, collaborative team with strong communication and support

• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances
• Support AP approval workflows and validate invoice accuracy
• Assist with month‑end close and financial reporting tasks
• Contribute to accounting cleanup, research, and ad‑hoc projects
• Provide coverage during finance team training and system transition

• 1+ year of corporate accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, reconciliations, templates)
• Experience with account reconciliations and financial analysis
• ERP exposure (Oracle or Deltek preferred)
