Merchandise Associate

Overview

This key entry level role within a Merchandising team will interact and support multiple layers of the team. The role will lean heavily on the usage of Excel for tracking and support. In this role, there will be extensive communication with a variety and volume of vendors. The work will focus on monitoring and editing national and international purchase orders. As this is a large team, there is a chance that at times the role could be asked to help support a different team within Merchandising.

• Support multiple layers of the merchandising team.
• Use Excel extensively for tracking and support tasks.
• Communicate with a variety and volume of vendors.
• Monitor and edit national and international purchase orders.
• Provide assistance to other merchandising teams as needed.

• BS/BA degree (fashion-related degrees preferred but any bachelor’s degree is acceptable).
• 3+ months experience in an administrative, operations, or support role in a corporate setting.
• Experience working in a retail store.
• Clear, grammatically correct verbal and written communication skills.
