Overview

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Data Entry Coordinator (Merchandising) for a prominent client. This position is located in Framingham, MA.

Onsite position
Assignment Length: 8 month contract
Pay: $20-25/HR

• Work within a team setting to manage and respond to inquiries and requests received through a shared mailbox
• Collaborate directly with Sales teams and internal partners, providing timely updates on request status
• Perform daily entry of deviated agreement information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with required SLAs
• Assist with monthly financial requests from vendors, including:
  • Compiling data for external audits
  • Downloading and organizing data from partner portals
• Support the team with running and compiling monthly invoices and usage reports
• Ensure all work meets audit controls and accuracy standards

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Microsoft Access preferred, but not required

• Accuracy and attention to detail are a must
• This is a fully onsite role in Framingham, MA
