Your Responsibilities:

Support the Framingham, MA portfolio (Cochituate Homes: 160 units; Bethany Hill Place: 41 units).
Work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Process recertifications, prepare reports, process invoices, rent collections, enter work orders, and support special projects.
Coordinate social activities/programs to engage the community.

Your

Qualifications:

At least 3–5 years of affordable housing experience.
Experience with HUD Section 8 recertification required.
Experience with Microsoft Office required.
Yardi software experience is a plus.
A Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) certification is preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
A valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle is required.

Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000 depending on experience
