Framingham, MA

Onsite Flexibility:
Hybrid — Onsite at minimum Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; with exception if there is an event on a Monday or Friday

Job Summary

This Administrative Assistant role provides administrative and secretarial support for the Manager of Associate Engagement. The position involves interfacing with a variety of internal and external individuals, coordinating events, and managing department communications in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative support for Manager of Associate Engagement
  • Responds to questions and requests and researches information
  • Interfaces with a variety of internal and external individuals
  • Involves appropriate associates from other departments as needed when planning an event
  • Provides secretarial and administrative support for department
  • Monitors department email box and responds to inquiries quickly
  • Organizes and distributes Service Awards gift packets
  • Prepares various routine and complex reports filling in the appropriate information needed for events
  • Oversees and monitors administrative projects and initiatives
  • Fully hands on during events to ensure successful execution while problem solving issues as they arise
  • Performs other duties as required or directed
Required Experience
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting, required
Required Skills
  • Must possess strong organizational and administrative skills and the ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent phone manner, solid written and verbal communication skills and be customer service oriented
  • Strong computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Willingness to learn, take direction well, and be a team player
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude are required
