Administrative Assistant
Location:
Framingham, MA
Onsite Flexibility:
Hybrid — Onsite at minimum Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; with exception if there is an event on a Monday or Friday
- Position Type:
Contract - Contract Duration: 12 months (with potential to extend; contract-to-perm potential)
- Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour (USD)
- Work Authorization:

This Administrative Assistant role provides administrative and secretarial support for the Manager of Associate Engagement. The position involves interfacing with a variety of internal and external individuals, coordinating events, and managing department communications in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provides administrative support for Manager of Associate Engagement
- Responds to questions and requests and researches information
- Interfaces with a variety of internal and external individuals
- Involves appropriate associates from other departments as needed when planning an event
- Provides secretarial and administrative support for department
- Monitors department email box and responds to inquiries quickly
- Organizes and distributes Service Awards gift packets
- Prepares various routine and complex reports filling in the appropriate information needed for events
- Oversees and monitors administrative projects and initiatives
- Fully hands on during events to ensure successful execution while problem solving issues as they arise
- Performs other duties as required or directed
- 1–2 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting, required
- Must possess strong organizational and administrative skills and the ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent phone manner, solid written and verbal communication skills and be customer service oriented
- Strong computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Willingness to learn, take direction well, and be a team player
- Flexibility and a positive attitude are required
