The Senior Analyst for Financial Planning & Analysis will be a key member of the Supply Chain & Customer Service Finance team dedicated to providing analytical and technical support and business insights for key performance indicators and P&L metrics. This role will work directly with the leaders across several locations to help implement various improvements on existing processes to drive deeper understandings of operational trends and performance, as well, ensure businesses are performing in line with short and long-term objectives.
Whatyou will be doing
- Key role in managing the P&L monthly including analysis and reporting to our Supply Chain & Customer Service leaders and field Managers
- Support in building and developing annual budgets and monthly forecasts, incorporating historical and emerging trends to generate accurate projections for Supply Chain, Customer Service & G&A
- Provide key operational and financial reporting that supports Operations and provides insight and trending on key performance measures
- Create performance summaries for inclusion in month-end reporting and business reviews
- Provide general and ad hoc analytic support to business units and leaders
- Key lead in using new technology, concepts and approaches to drive improvements, team coordination and publishing reports to senior management
- Partner with leadership to identify key business trends and provide supportive analytics that drive and influence business performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex analytics in a clear concise and actionable manner to technical and business stakeholders at all levels of management.
- Organized, self‑starter who can prioritize and manage multiple tasks to effectively meet deadlines and objectives in a changing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of progressive finance or equivalent analytically focused experience
- 2+ year of Advanced MS Excel
- Experience in Essbase, Oracle Financials and Power Bi
- Experience supporting Supply Chain organizations through financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
