Project Management Coordinator

The Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) organization embodies the hub of lifecycle engineering at Client, delivering, maintaining, and optimizing our technology portfolio at cloud scale. We are a service-oriented team aimed at providing extraordinary experiences to thousands of Client associates, business partners, and application delivery teams across the portfolio.

Coordinating all related project activities and deliverables; utilizing appropriate resources as required; develop and maintain schedules to ensure timely completion of project and BAU activities

Works with the product owner and business SMEs to elicit detailed requirements

Write stories for Epic delivery based on detailed requirements

Coordinate end to end management of the activities to deliver those epics stories and features with the Customer and engineering teams

Monitors progress against targets

Research, gathers information, summarizes data

Review and update activities within a Project tracker in conjunction with Manager/Manager Of/AVPD

Develop formal project documentation and ensures that all required documentation is forwarded to all parties for all projects/activities

Maintain relationships with internal and external business partners

Contributes to project team backlog refinement, including user story point estimation and testing considerations

Supports functional feature discovery efforts

Analyzes business processes, and defines integrated business and solution requirements using industry standard methodologies and techniques

Ability to work independently on small-medium assignments with minimal guidance

Knowledge of Project Management

Excellent computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets; e-mail, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
