Financial Administrators, Paraprofessionals and Insurance Coordinators should apply
- Lead the annual insurance renewal process by partnering with brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely policy renewals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for insurance-related matters, including certificates of insurance, coverage questions, audits, and risk management initiatives.
- Manage the annual corporate census process, ensuring accurate data collection, reporting, and compliance with deadlines.
- Administer commercial lease agreements, including renewals, modifications, and key contract milestones while partnering with landlords and internal teams.
- Coordinate investor communications, reporting, investor portal administration, and support employee long-term incentive and equity programs.
- Prepare compliance certifications, customs documentation, and coordinate execution of legal documents while maintaining compliance records.
- Support Finance and Legal teams with corporate governance, contract administration, and cross-functional business initiatives.
- Manage Finance documentation, SharePoint administration, and corporate policies while driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
