Job Description

The Sr. Sitework Superintendent will:

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities and crews for sitework projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee equipment and material deliveries and ensure proper usage on-site.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports for internal and client review.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to avoid project delays.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction and safety laws.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment among all team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Sitework Superintendent should have:

• Extensive experience in sitework and construction management within the business services industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor on-site teams effectively.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to coordinate with stakeholders and resolve issues promptly.
• A proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
