Assignment End: 113/2026
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
Hybrid: Onsite
Pay Rate: $50-$58/hr
Currently seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who’s versatile, collaborative, and curious to join our growing team. The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for developing, and executing, strategically driven creative concepts that help drive consumer engagement and acquisition. With proven talent, skills, and big thinking, you’ll help bring our brand to life in a unique, memorable, and persuasive way.
As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for:
Content Development- Develop breakthrough content and design consistent with the brand strategy and in accordance with brand guidelines that drives engagement and acquisition.
- Work with our team of designers, and writers, to maintain the brand expression across multiple channels, including store experience, email, digital, social.
- Execute specific creative requests received through creative briefings at a rapid pace to meet the heightened demands of a fast-growing, dynamic business.
- Collaborate with the creative, brand, project management, production, and studio teams to effectively meet project objectives, budgets schedules, and deadlines.
- Monitor all materials through all stages of pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Effectively prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage a large scope of work.
- Demonstrate excellence in print, including: typography, color theory, imagery as well as knowledge of production and color reproduction.
- Understand business needs and marketing requirements to devise compelling design solutions that elevate the customer experience and drive transactions.
- Ability to work “beyond the brief” to produce designs that are functional and memorable.
- Ability to take direction, effectively present work, articulate design decisions to brand team, and respond positively to constructive feedback.
- Professional graphic design experience, preferably in an in-house or agency environment
- BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent degree or professional work experience
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite & Figma
- Typographic excellence
- A commitment to accuracy & organization
- Animation skills a plus
This is a W2 position.
