Job Title: Senior Designer

Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (Hybrid)

We are supporting a creative opportunity for a Senior Designer
- Creative Services to join an in-house team focused on developing strategically driven concepts and turning them into polished creative assets. Our team is looking for a candidate who can combine strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and hands-on production skills to help deliver compelling work across social media and digital channels.

• Develop and execute social media content across multiple channels in alignment with brand guidelines and agreed-upon strategy.
• Partner with copywriters, project managers, traffic, production, and studio teams to support project objectives, schedules, budgets, and deadlines.
• Conceive creative ideas, refine concepts, and help guide work through pre-production and production with appropriate oversight.
• Capture product and concept imagery in-house and on location while staying current on industry trends and creative best practices.

• 4-6+ years of related work experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School degree and BFA or design degree required.
• Experience in fashion, social media platforms and best practices, photography, and styling.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and animation applications such as After Effects, including GIF building in Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of graphic design, photography, illustration, typography, animation, and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, problem-solving ability, and effective verbal, visual, and interpersonal communication skills.
