- Social Media Moderation Experience
- Experience monitoring Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok and responding to customer comments/questions.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will serve as a primary brand ambassador by managing multi‑channel communications across phone, email, live chat, and various social media platforms, including Tik Tok, Instagram, and X (Twitter). This role requires a balance of analytical problem‑solving and emotional intelligence to resolve sensitive customer issues, negotiate solutions, and elevate high‑priority risks to management when necessary. You will be responsible for meticulously documenting interactions in a tracking system, collaborating with internal stakeholders to close service gaps, and upholding the brand’s reputation through objective, prompt, and professional responses.
To succeed in this fast‑paced environment, candidates must demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities, strong social‑media moderation skills, and the technical proficiency to manage a high volume of inbound content from a quiet, high‑speed remote workspace.
