WhatYou’ll Be Doing:
- Eligibility Assessments:
Help families understand and qualify for childcare subsidies and financial assistance programs - Personalized Support:
Guide families through childcare options, enrollment procedures, and financial support - Client Records Management:
Keep digital records up to date and ensure confidentiality - Effective Communication:
Provide clear, empathetic support to families from diverse cultural backgrounds - Collaboration:
Work alongside internal teams to improve service delivery and meet the needs of families
- Experience:
At least one year in Health & Human Services, Call Centers, or Customer Support, especially in roles serving diverse communities - Empathy & Communication:
You’re a skilled communicator and listener, able to navigate conversations with respect and understanding - Social Services Knowledge:
Familiarity with family support programs and childcare services
- Background in childcare services, case management, or intake coordination
- Experience with CRM tools or digital client tracking systems
- Knowledge of Massachusetts childcare or early education programs
Skills:
- Bilingual Fluency:
Fluent in English and one of the following:
Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole - Strong Communication:
You can articulate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing - Detail-Oriented:
You excel at accurate data entry and maintaining organized records
