Passion Dental is seeking a compassionate and motivated Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist to join our well-established pediatric specialty practices in Northborough and Framingham, Massachusetts

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including preventive, restorative, and limited surgical procedures
• Diagnose and treat oral health conditions in infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs
• Educate patients and caregivers on oral health, prevention, and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and office leadership to ensure efficient workflows

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
• Board‑eligible or board‑certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD)
• Active Massachusetts dental license or eligibility for licensure
• Current DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered pediatric care
• Experience treating infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
