Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $25– $28 per hour (based on experience and certification)

Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts required

Provide chairside assistance to oral surgeons and prosthodontists during surgical and implant procedures
Anticipate clinician needs and maintain a clear, organized treatment area
Assist with administration and documentation of local anesthesia, nitrous sedation, and IV sedation procedures
Ensure patient comfort, monitor well-being, and educate them on pre- and post-operative care
Prepare, sterilize, and set up instruments and surgical trays, following strict infection control protocols
Take dental x-rays and prepare materials for impressions, as directed
Assist with medical clearances and patient record management
Support office operations by scheduling, greeting patients, and managing supplies when needed
Collaborate closely with the surgical and prosthetic teams to ensure seamless patient care
Previous experience as a Prosthodontist or Oral Surgery Assistant a definite plus.
Valid certifications that meet applicable state requirements
Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle surgical instruments with precision
Self-starter mentality with excellent focus on patient safety and care
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
$25-$28 / hour - depending on experience and certifications
