Location: Majority Remote

Located in Greater Boston, Mass Bay is a comprehensive, open-access community college offering associate degrees and certificate programs on three campuses in Wellesley Hills, Framingham, and Ashland, Massachusetts.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will join a vibrant and inclusive educational community and have a desire and ability to work with a diverse population. This is a part-time, off-campus, student employment position with no benefits. Daniel’s Table is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join their team in a multifaceted role that blends food education, digital content creation, and partner communications. This position is ideal for someone passionate about nutrition and food education for both adults and children.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, is open to trying new ideas, and thrives in a flexible work environment that includes both onsite and remote responsibilities. The start date for this position is in early September, though hiring will take place over the summer. This will be an off campus position.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Maintain regular communication with community partners and assist in strengthening collaborative relationships;
  • Assist with creating content for the organization’s social media accounts to support outreach and engagement efforts;
  • Assist with other administrative tasks to support the work of Daniel’s Table.

Required Qualifications
  • Interest in food, nutrition, and education;
  • Experience with social media content;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to innovate.

Salary Range: $19 per hour Classification: Student
