Overview
Deliver Math or Science instruction to middle and high school students in a self-contained classroom. Develop and implement curriculum aligned to student IEPs and learning goals. Support students with emotional and behavioral needs in a structured environment. Collaborate with teaching assistants and therapeutic staff to support student success. Maintain a consistent classroom structure and learning routine. Participate in a year-round academic model, including summer programming.
Provide classroom coverage as needed using prepared lesson plans.

- Support students with emotional and behavioral needs in a structured environment
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and therapeutic staff to support student success

- Participate in a year-round academic model, including summer programming
- Provide classroom coverage as needed using prepared lesson plans
- Moderate Disabilities 512 licensure (or equivalent Special Education certification)
- Experience teaching middle or high school students
- Ability to teach either Math or Science curriculum (subject-specific role)
- Experience working with students with emotional or behavioral needs
- Comfortable in a self-contained classroom setting
- Experience developing and delivering structured lesson plans aligned to IEPs
