Central Rock Gym is seeking a Coach to foster a fun and welcoming environment for youth athletes of all ages. You will introduce the fundamentals of climbing, build skills, and ensure an engaging community experience.
Responsibilities include leading practices, creating weekly lesson plans, and maintaining consistent communication with staff. Candidates should have strong behavior management skills and a minimum of 2 years climbing experience. A passion for working with youth is essential.
