• Plan fun, appropriate lessons that spark imagination and learning.
• Engage with children during play, meals, and daily activities.
• Build a safe, welcoming classroom full of creativity and exploration.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Communicate with families about their child’s day and progress.
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and ready for adventure.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to plan activities and events.
• Stay up‑to‑date on early‑childhood best practices.

• EEC Certification (required).
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Experience in daycare, preschool, or another childcare setting.
• Positive behaviors support skills.
• Ability to create a warm, structured, and engaging classroom.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A nurturing personality and strong organizational habits.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
