Kindergarten Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to lead our third-year (5–6 years old) classroom for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a unique opportunity to guide children through their final year of the Montessori Children’s House experience, supporting academic growth, leadership, and school readiness.

• Prepare and maintain a thoughtfully designed Montessori environment
• Guide children through individualized and small-group lessons across subject areas
• Support social-emotional development and independence
• Observe, assess, and document student progress
• Foster a respectful, calm, and engaging classroom community
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student development
• Collaborate with faculty and administration

• Montessori certification (AMS, AMI, or equivalent) preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• 1-3 years of teaching experience
• Experience working with children ages 5–6
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A collaborative, positive, and professional demeanor
• School hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
