The role includes engaging students in lectures and labs, supporting clinical readiness, coordinating with healthcare partners, and helping students follow college and hospital protocols. Clinical responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for students and site partners, conducting scheduled clinical visits, monitoring required documentation, and collaborating with the Surgical Services Program Director and faculty to support a strong, student-centered program.
