POSITION SUMMARY

Framingham Adult ESL Plus is a part-time, grant‑funded program that offers classes at no cost to adult learners in the Metrowest area. The program offers morning and evening classes in English as a Second Language, High School Equivalency, and Citizenship, both In‑Person and Online. The Educational and Career Advisors will provide support services to adult students to help them effectively address educational challenges and potential barriers to learning.

Advisors will also provide the resources, referrals, and support needed to help students develop next‑step plans to further their academic and/or career goals.

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Counseling, or related fields;
• Experience with non‑native speakers;
• Experience working with adult learners; and
• Bilingual Portuguese or Spanish preferred.
