Overview
Project Manager
Location: Framingham, MA
Pay: Competitive base + excellent bonus structure
Schedule: On site 5 days a week
We ve partnered up with a billion dollar, leading general contractor specializing in complex projects across Advanced Technology, Food & Beverage, Multifamily, Life Science, and many other sectors. They are looking for an experienced APM or Project Engineer who is ready to step into a Project Manager position, make an impact from day one, and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

What You Get To Do- Manage all aspects of construction projects: estimating, proposals, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Partner with owners and design teams to develop project concepts and review drawings
- Lead subcontractor selection and oversee buyout process
- Conduct regular jobsite meetings and ensure safety, quality, and schedule are met
- Provide value engineering ideas and make sound project decisions under tight deadlines
- 3–5 years of project management experience with a general contractor (design/build preferred)
- Experience in Advanced Technology, Food & Beverage, Multifamily, Life Science, or Data Center projects
- Strong estimating background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
