Digital Signal Processing Engineer

• Design, implement, and test algorithms to solve technical challenges for new In-The-Home or portable products.
• Demonstrate and deliver new benefits for our customers using innovative technologies such as Bluetooth audio, Voice Assistants, Audio Virtualization, 3D spatial Audio and Active Noise Reduction.
• Collaborate with Acoustics and Electrical Engineering teams to tune products for optimal audio performance and oversee product development from exploration to production.

• Expertise in real-time embedded DSP implementation on constrained target platforms for consumer products.
• Experience in audio and speech processing, including AEC, noise reduction, speech enhancement, mic-array processing or 3D audio.
• Knowledge of acoustics and acoustic measurements, basic audio lab equipment, and hardware design.
• Proficiency in high‑level languages such as C, C++, Python, or Matlab.
• Ability to evaluate and integrate third‑party algorithms and perform 'make vs. buy' analysis.
• Strong communication skills to discuss complex technical issues with experts in other fields.
• Experience with Bluetooth audio products and understanding of their advantages and limitations.
• Experience or understanding of acoustic transducers such as microphones and drivers.

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related Signal Processing field.
• Minimum experience:
  
  MS degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
