Full Time Contractor Software Engineer

Join our growing and highly visible advanced development team in Framingham, MA. In this position, you will be working with a highly skilled team in contribution to the architecture design of containerization and orchestration of storage. Your architecture, design & solution will leverage Huawei's unique hardware and software capabilities to help customer to reduce their TCO and manage the complexity of their data center infrastructure.

The contract will be for 12 months with potential of Full Time conversion.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Contributing to architecture design of containerization and orchestration of Huawei storage.
• Providing insight into technical trends in SDS (software defined storage).
• Responsible for implementation of complex SDS configurations.
• Writing software in Go, C, python, C++ that integrates storage software with Kubernetes

The requirements for this position include:

• BS in Computer Science with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the storage industry
• Experience with medium to large scale container deployments
• Familiar with orchestration software (e.g. Kubernetes, Open Shift, Mesos)
• Familiar with programming language:
  Go/ Java/ C/ C++
• Experience developing on clouds:
  Google, Azure, Amazon
• Familiar with CI/CD tools and processes
• Open source tools and frameworks
• Energetic, open minded, great communicator
