- Role reports to a tenured Director, who will be a tremendous resource (team of ~5)
- Supporting the business unit level - manufacturing operations, R&D, Logistics, Supply Chain
- Someone who can drive action and process, a true BUSINESS PARTNER, with motivation for growth and opportunity, someone who can help drive strategy
- Recreate some processes and new tools (a financial planning and an Hyperion type tool --- replacing Excel based with new implementation happening) / strong modeling a huge plus
- Ideally 3-5 years, already a Senior or doing senior-level work (large, corporate or business unit FP&A ideally, who can partner with operations dept heads)

This is a Senior/Strategic Financial Analyst position that involves broad-based responsibility. This job will work closely with financial and operations management and is responsible for analyzing, reviewing and interpreting relevant financial, performance and comparative data.
This individual will work as part of a group tasked with providing timely and value added financial support to all business leaders and functions, including operations, sales and service, R&D, manufacturing ops to analyze, interpret, and communicate relevant financial and business trends, providing sound recommendations to senior management to drive business performance, including the identification of potential risks and opportunities.
