Senior Financial Analyst, Early Intervention Commercial

• Provide leadership and support to the Early Intervention business, representing over $200M in US revenue
• Partner with EI leadership and cross-functional teams to build financial models and forecasts for Revenue, Standard COGS, and Operating Expenses
• Own the EI P&L through month-end close responsibilities, including journal entries and accruals
• Provide commentary on actual versus forecasted results
• Report headcount and present results to financial leadership
• Complete EI P&L Latest Thinking analysis monthly
• Influence business pricing performance through advanced analytics
• Support new Managed Care Organization access bids
• Work with the J&J Innovative Medicine Government Pricing team to ensure quarterly pricing calculations are accurate and correctly reported
• Complete ad hoc analysis for business and finance partners covering price, Gross to Net, Gross Profit, and Sales & Marketing Opex
• Participate in EI Quarterly Business Reviews and present financial results to cross-functional leadership
• Support the Strategic Deal Desk by modeling opportunities to ensure proposed deals and offerings are financially beneficial to DePuy Synthes and the customer
• Report to the Sports Senior Finance Manager

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance or Accounting
• A minimum of three years of finance and accounting experience is required
• Excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative skills to work effectively in a matrix organization across functional groups
• Ability to think creatively and work in a team environment
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and recommend and implement process improvements
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence others at all levels within a matrixed organization
• Strong accounting and analytical skills

• Minimal travel, expected to be less than 10%
• MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other financial certifications preferred
• Experience with SAP, Tableau and TM1 preferred

Demonstrates strong financial acumen with expertise in P&L management, financial modeling, and advanced analytics. Proven ability to collaborate across functional teams and effectively communicate complex financial data to influence decision-making.
