The Planet Groupis seeking a Grant Manager, the primary duties of the grant manager will be administrative and financial analysis tasks serving the post-award needs. A successful candidate will have a strong analytical background, administrative experience in higher education or small government grants management, as well as experience with advanced excel including power query. Other data analysis or financial management skills will be considered transferrable.

• Organize and collate progress and annual reports for existing awards
• Process effort reporting across the entire portfolio on a semi-annual basis
• Process invoices as needed
• Perform monthly reconciliation of an individualized portfolio of FHS awards in excel using existing Grant Management tools
• Summarize and present the current state of awards to stakeholders on a monthly basis
• Perform bespoke financial analysis tasks as needed, such as gathering data for an audit report or summarizing a cross section of financial data for stakeholders or grantor agencies.
• Write and maintain documentation for process and data
• Other administrative or financial tasks as necessary
