Framingham, MA – Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with rotational weekends.

$22.50 – $24.86 per hour. Salary offers are based on factors including skills, training, experience, education, and relevant certifications. Eligible candidates may receive annual performance bonus compensation.

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (e.g., drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Research test/client information and confirm all written and electronic orders using lab technology systems, client contact, and approved tools.
• Navigate a computer and accurately enter data – required for success.
• Obtain identification, accurately enter billing information, and collect payments when required, following corporate policies.
• Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport) as required by test order.
• Perform non‑patient‑facing duties (inventory, stocking supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, utilizing email).
• Read, understand, and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data when required.
• Maintain all appropriate phlebotomy logs in a timely manner (maintenance logs, temperature logs, etc.).
• Complete online and in‑person training courses in a timely manner.

• Three years phlebotomy experience (inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections).
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on‑call, and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
