This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker located in Framingham, MA. The Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker will provide therapeutic services including individual and group therapy, conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain detailed client records. The role involves ongoing collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders.
Additionally, the Social Worker will engage in risk assessments, provide crisis interventions, and assist in connecting clients with community resources to support long-term recovery and well-being.
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker certification in the state of Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC).
- Proficiency in individual and group counseling techniques for mental health and substance use disorders.
- Experience in conducting clinical assessments, risk evaluations, and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills to maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams and community partners.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices, mental health laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with crisis intervention techniques and the ability to handle complex situations effectively.
- Prior experience in outpatient mental health or substance use treatment settings is preferred.
