School Board Certified Behavior Analyst

36-week contract based in Framingham, Massachusetts. Provide evidence-based behavior analysis services to students, supporting school board objectives and ensuring compliance with regulations. Earn up to $67 per hour with competitive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs.
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to monitor progress.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness.
Provide training and support to school staff.
Prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with school board policies.
Attend team meetings and case conferences.
Adjust interventions based on data.
Document all sessions and interventions.
