Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Framingham, MA. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location. Respondents should be prepared to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and support resident-centered care.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing or long‑term care settings preferred.
- Client requires candidates who can work approximately 30 hours per week.
- Willingness to provide services consistent with skilled nursing facility policies and documentation standards.
- OT or COTA candidates may be considered; license level must meet state and facility requirements.
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with geriatric populations and restorative nursing programs preferred.
- Shift hours: 08:30–16:30.
- Work schedule:
five 8‑hour shifts per week. - Approximately 30 hours per week guaranteed.
